ENGINE
Primed for potency
Vantage S builds on what was already the most emphatic leap in power in over 70 years of the iconic Vantage marque. Unleashing the full potential of the hand-built twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 to achieve a total power output of 671 HP. And a staggering 590 lb-ft of torque. As visceral as it is vocal. Securing its class-leading positioning with the highest output of any front-engine rear-wheel drive sports cars using purely an internal combustion engine.
CHASSIS, DYNAMICS AND SUSPENSION
Performance architecture
The solid-mounted rear subframe, using aluminum mounts in place of the usual rubber bushes, provides Vantage S with a 5% increase in torsional body stiffness and improved stability for a more direct connection with the car. Improvements to the core structural architecture are balanced with more flex in the transmission mount and rear spring aid. The result is increased ride refinement with no sacrifice in dynamic precision.
BRAKES
Power braking
Available with Carbon Ceramic Brakes (CCBs), a further 60 lb of unsprung mass can be reduced. Vantage S brake discs are 16 in. at the front, 14 in. at the rear. Grooved and drilled for superior thermal management. Increasing braking efficiency and reducing brake fade at temperatures nearing 1,472 degrees Fahrenheit. Boosting driver confidence for later braking. Empowering the driver to push the limits further. Painted brake calipers, fitted in Black, Red, or Aston Martin Green as standard, offer a striking accent of color and an evocative signal of performance.
TRANSMISSION AND POWERTRAIN

Intelligent torque shaping works with the uniquely tuned Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system to transform every bend into a pulse-quickening pleasure. Corner exit speeds are enhanced. Stability and agility are heightened. Power flows seamlessly through the ZF eight-speed automatic transmission while instantaneous in-gear punch and acceleration come courtesy of a shorter final drive ratio (3.083:1). Tailoring traction. A solid-mounted steering column allows Vantage S to convey an unfiltered line between tarmac, tires, and steering wheel. A free flow of information delivered directly to the driver without any interference. More feedback creating a greater connection and intensified driver engagement.
AERODYNAIMCS

The assertive aerodynamic design character leaves no doubt as to the performance intent of Vantage S. Centrally mounted hood blades support engine cooling. Directing airflow out of the engine bay and along the car to manage hot air away from the engine.
At the rear, a full-width decklid spoiler also increases its dominant road presence. Providing greater balance by increasing downforce at the rear of the vehicle by 97 lb at Vmax. Downforce is front biased, allowing improved turn-in and enhanced cornering grip.

Assertive new aerodynamics include centrally mounted hood blades at the front of the car and the addition of a full-width decklid spoiler at the rear. All carry an air of purposeful menace. Front
Centrally mounted optional carbon blades optimize hot-air extraction by channeling air away from the engine bay and Hot “V”–configured 4.0-liter V8 to dramatically aid cooling. Hood blades are matched to the Upper Body Package, including matching mirror caps, side strake, and exhaust tail pipes. It can be specified in 2x2 Twill Carbon Fiber or Gloss Black as standard, bestowing dark brooding looks.
Rear
Formidable from nose to tail, the rear of Vantage S is adorned with a full-width lightweight carbon spoiler delivering aerodynamic balance at high speeds by increasing rear downforce by 97 lb at Vmax. A rear diffuser and quad exhaust tailpipes sign off, as memorable for their visual impact as for their iconic stainless-steel roar.
Side
Vantage S displays intent, even when static. The side elevation showcases power and presence with the Lower Body Package featuring front splitter, side sill, rear diffuser, and decklid spoiler. Available in a choice of 2x2 Twill Carbon Fiber or Gloss Black as standard, it gives Vantage S a dark assertive stance, appearing lower to the road. Finished with precision-engineered frameless door mirrors and presenting door handles. Iconic S badges are mounted on both fenders. Manufactured by the same artisans who craft the Aston Martin wings. Featuring a handmade, chrome-plated, brass-forged “S” filled with red glass enamel. Confirmation of Aston Martin’s high-performing bloodline.
Wheels
The potent presence of Vantage S is amplified by 21″ Multi-Spoke Forged Alloy Wheels, available in a selection of Silver, Black, and Satin Platinum finishes, and fitted as standard. Drivers can also specify the pinnacle Black Y-Spoke design, with a new Red graphic.
Lighting
Vantage S is equipped with LED headlights and signature daytime running lights (DRL). Cut in a six-block pattern. They provide a distinct character and prevent refraction of light from the LED beam in its tracks. Intricately detailed and engraved with the Aston Martin wordmark. Vantage S introduces a heated sports steering wheel trimmed in Alcantara®, a lightweight material chosen for its performance feel and used throughout the cabin, from the headliner to the seats and center console. The S cabin delivers a sense of space, assertiveness and focus. Ergonomically appointed around 10.25-inch Pure Black touchscreen technology. 1970 x 720 pixels. Activated by capacitive touch control. Activated on ignition, CarPlay Ultra® offers a seamless experience across both the central screen and, for the first time ever, the driver instrument cluster. Every Vantage S interior includes embroidered S logos on the upper shoulder panels, with nearly 2,500 stitches and over 16 meters of thread.
